Welcome to the Vitamin Town Rewards Program. Our Rewards Program is designed to thank our customers for their continued support. Membership is free and participation is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership

1.1 Membership in the Vitamin Town Rewards Program is free.

1.2 By joining or using your Rewards account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1.3 Members must provide a valid name and email address to join.

1.4 Only one Rewards account is permitted per individual.

1.5 Membership is available to Australian residents only.

1.6 Vitamin Town reserves the right to accept or refuse any membership application at its discretion.

2. Rewards Program

The Vitamin Town Rewards Program rewards eligible customers through a combination of Reward Credit, exclusive member offers and other promotional benefits.

From time to time, Vitamin Town may also recognise customers through Premium or VIP membership tiers based on factors determined by the business. Membership tiers and associated benefits may change without notice.

3. Earning VT Rewards Credit

3.1 Eligible Rewards Members earn VT Rewards Credit on eligible purchases.

3.2 VT Rewards Credit is currently earned at the rate advertised by Vitamin Town at the time of purchase.

3.3 Reward rates may change at any time without notice.

3.4 VT Rewards Credit has no cash value.

3.5 VT Rewards Credit cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.

4. Redeeming VT Rewards Credit

4.1 VT Rewards Credit may only be redeemed once the minimum redemption balance has been reached.

4.2 VT Rewards Credit may only be redeemed on eligible purchases.

4.3 VT Rewards Credit cannot be:

• exchanged for cash

• transferred to another customer

• redeemed against gift cards

• redeemed against previous purchases

4.4 If the value of the purchase is less than the VT Rewards Credit redeemed, any remaining balance will remain on the customer's Rewards account where the system allows. If the system does not support partial redemption, the remaining value may be forfeited.

5. Expiry of VT Rewards Credit

5.1 VT Rewards Credit expires after the period advised by Vitamin Town following account inactivity.

5.2 Account activity includes:

• earning VT Rewards Credit

• redeeming VT Rewards Credit

5.3 Expired VT Rewards Credit cannot be reinstated.

6. Eligible Purchases

VT Rewards Credit and Rewards benefits apply only to eligible purchases. Excluded products may include, but are not limited to:

• Clearance items

• Sale items

• Price-matched products

• Special orders

• Gift cards

• Selected low-margin products

• Prescription medicines or products excluded by law

• Any products nominated by Vitamin Town

• Eligible products may change from time to time.

7. Discounts and Rewards

Where a customer receives another discount or promotional offer, Vitamin Town may determine whether VT Rewards Credit can also be earned or redeemed.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts and VT Rewards Credit cannot be combined.

8. Returns & Refunds

If an eligible purchase is refunded:

• any VT Rewards Credit earned from that purchase may be reversed

• any VT Rewards Credit redeemed may be deducted from the refund amount

• Returns remain subject to the Vitamin Town Returns Policy.

9. Birthday Rewards

Members who provide their date of birth may receive birthday rewards or offers. Birthday rewards:

• may vary each year

• may be subject to expiry

• are available while stocks last where applicable

10. Promotions

From time to time Vitamin Town may offer:

• Double Rewards promotions

• Bonus Rewards events

• Birthday offers

• Exclusive member promotions

• Seasonal campaigns

• Supplier-funded promotions

• Additional promotional terms may apply.

11. Customer Information

Members are responsible for ensuring their name, email address, phone number, and birthday remain current.

Vitamin Town accepts no responsibility for missed offers due to incorrect customer information.

12. Privacy

By joining the Rewards Program, you consent to Vitamin Town collecting and storing your personal information for the purposes of:

• administering the Rewards Program

• issuing VT Rewards Credit

• birthday rewards

• newsletters and promotional communications where consent has been provided

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Fair Use

The Rewards Program is intended for personal shopping only.

Vitamin Town reserves the right to limit or refuse Rewards benefits where purchases appear to be:

• commercial

• wholesale

• for resale

• inconsistent with normal household purchasing

Vitamin Town may also place limits on unusually large transactions or excessive quantities purchased during promotional events.

14. Fraud & Misuse

Vitamin Town reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Rewards account where:

• fraudulent activity is suspected

• Reward Credits have been obtained improperly

• these Terms & Conditions have been breached

Any unused VT Rewards Credit may be forfeited.

15. Program Changes

Vitamin Town may, at any time:

• amend these Terms & Conditions

• amend Reward earning rates

• amend Reward redemption values

• amend eligible products

• amend membership benefits

• suspend or discontinue the Rewards Program

Where practical, reasonable notice will be provided.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vitamin Town is not liable for any loss resulting from:

• system outages

• delays in processing Rewards

• technical failures

• events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
